Defense Ministers of Kazakhstan and China held talks in India

The parties discussed the current state and prospects of bilateral military cooperation between Kazakhstan and China.

A meeting of the defense ministers of Kazakhstan and China was held in New Delhi, India, the press service of the defense ministry reports. The head of the Defense Ministry, Colonel-General Ruslan Zhaksylykov, met with the Minister of Defense of the People's Liberation Army of China, Colonel-General Li Shangfu. The parties discussed the current state and prospects of bilateral military cooperation between Kazakhstan and China. It should be recalled that the Minister of Defense of Kazakhstan arrived in New Delhi, the capital of India, to participate in the regular meeting of defense ministers of the member states of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization. Li Shangfu is also taking part in the meeting.
