Russian Cinema Days will soon start in the capital of Tajikistan.
The portal "Culture" writes about this with reference to a message from the press service of "Roskino".
The event, called Russian Film Festival, will take place from October 15 to 19.
Tajiks will be able to watch films produced by Russian directors in the Navruz and Parthenon cinemas.
The screenings will be held free of charge as part of an event organized by the Ministry of Culture of Tajikistan - these days the first International Film Festival "Toji Somon" starts in Dushanbe.
Filmmakers from Russia will bring 5 works.
Egor Abramenko will make his debut as a feature director and present the film “Sputnik”.
Viewers will also be able to see the dramatic film “Distant Loved Ones” by Ivan Sosnin, the new work “Reversible Reality” by Dmitry Konstantinov, and the fantasy “The Magicians” by Renat Davletyarov.
Dozens of films will be shown at the first international film festival in Dushanbe
In the animation genre, the full-length project “Suvorov: The Great Journey” by Boris Chertkov will be presented.
