Damas driver in Kashkadarya dragged a dog behind his vehicle
A video from Kamashi District in the Kashkadarya Region showing a Damas driver dragging a dog behind his vehicle has sparked widespread discussion on social media.
The footage shows people in a car behind him trying to stop the driver, but he continued driving.
According to reports, the man had tied a dead dog to his Damas vehicle and dragged it along the road.
Following the incident, administrative documents were prepared against the offender under Article 111 of the Code on Administrative Responsibility and submitted to the Kamashi District Criminal Court for a legal decision. Additional information will be provided as the case progresses.
