Cultural and artistic figures of Uzbekistan and Tajikistan were awarded with high honorary titles

During the visit of the President of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev to Tajikistan, an award was presented to representatives of the arts of the two countries. This was reported by the Presidential Press Service.
According to Emomali Rahmon's decree, Munojat Yolchiyeva, Ozodbek Nazarbekov, Ogabek Sobirov and Yulduz Usmanova were awarded the title of People's Defender of Tajikistan, and actor Yodgor Sadiyev was awarded the title of People's Artist for their contribution to the development of Tajik-Uzbek culture.
In turn, Rector of the National Conservatory of Tajikistan Mirali Dostizoda, Associate Professor of the National Conservatory of Tajikistan Ismail Nazriyev, Head of the "Shoshmaqom" ensemble named after F. Shakhobov of the Television and Radio Committee under the Government of Tajikistan, Furqat Saidzoda, Head of the Shoshmakom ensemble of Bobojon Gafurov district To' Rahmatullo Hoshimov, the artistic director of the ensemble "Falak" of the Tajik State Philharmonic named after A. Jorayev, was awarded the honorary title of "People's Artist of the Republic of Uzbekistan".
