Ingredients:
5 eggplants
5 tomatoes
2 garlic cloves
1 bunch coriander
4 tablespoons pomegranate syrup
A little salt, pepper and sesame
Preparation:
First, peel the eggplants and soak them in salted water for a while. Then, remove them from the water, dry them well, coat them in starch and fry them in hot oil.
