Criminal case opened over Andijan explosion

On March 31, an explosion occurred at the Ahmadali Hoji mosque in the Izboskan district of Andijan. It was found that natural gas, which leaked from gas pipes connected to heating devices in the basement of the mosque's ablution building, accumulated in the room, causing a flash when the electricity was turned on, causing the building to collapse. 10 of those inside the building survived with various injuries, while 3 people died at the scene.
A criminal case has been opened and preliminary investigations are underway.
