The head of the press service of the Ministry of Culture - the minister's adviser on information policy - Sirojiddin Usarov, who is currently on a media tour in Qatar, told the media representatives that, in addition to being a journalist and TV presenter, he is also a potter by profession.

- Due to the warm climate of Qatar, pottery samples, i.e. clay and earthenware, have been widely used there since ancient times, and this tradition continues to this day.

Qatari pottery is not a craft like ours, but a unique art form and part of the national heritage. Qatari potters have been preserving rich culture and traditions for centuries. This type of art reflects the life, daily needs and aesthetic views of the people of Qatar.
