COVID-19 in Azerbaijan: one person dies

Over the past day, two new cases of coronavirus infection have been registered in Azerbaijan.

According to the Operational Headquarters for Combating Coronavirus under the Cabinet of Ministers of Azerbaijan, one patient has recovered from COVID-19.

One death has been recorded in the past day.

Since the end of February 2020, a total of 831,961 cases of coronavirus infection have been detected in Azerbaijan, of which 821,665 people have been successfully treated, 10,285 patients have died.

There are 11 people with COVID-19 in the active phase of the disease.

During the specified period, 7,650,864 tests for the detection of coronavirus infection were conducted in the country, including 495 over the past day.
