Courier work for migrants banned in St. Petersburg

St. Petersburg Governor Alexander Beglov also included courier services in the list of prohibited activities for foreign citizens working under the patent. Various transport deliveries, home food delivery, and other courier work are now prohibited for migrants.
The decision is aimed at combating the shadow economy, improving the quality and safety of services and creating jobs for Russians, especially young people and students.
Entrepreneurs are given a period of 3 months to adapt to new requirements.
