A procedure for conducting courier services in the field of e-commerce in Uzbekistan has been established. According to the regulations registered with the Ministry of Justice, a courier operates as an individual independently or under a contract with delivery service operators.

According to the new regulations, couriers may accept payments from buyers in cases specified in the contract. In this case, cash register equipment is mandatory, and a check must be issued to the buyer.

The price, delivery time and methods of the goods are notified to the buyer in advance at the time of ordering. Hygiene rules are strictly controlled when delivering food.

The courier is prohibited from opening the packaging of goods or disclosing customer information to third parties.

Services must also be provided based on requirements such as reliability, timely delivery, security and constant notification of the buyer. These procedures are aimed at ensuring transparency and reliability in e-commerce.
