Confectioners have created “plov chocolate” in response to the viral “Dubai chocolate” trend.
Uzbek confectioner Sardor Atajonov and Kazakh confectioner Nurshat Akbergenova jointly presented the unusual treat. While it looks like ordinary chocolate on the outside, inside it contains traditional plov made with rice, meat, qazi, and carrots.
The plov chocolate was not intended for mass production but rather as a creative and humorous reply to the global trend. On social media, the product sparked wide discussion: some users praised it as a creative idea, while others considered the mix of chocolate and plov an unusual experiment.
