Competition Committee proposes to review Beeline's subscription fee procedure

The Competition Committee instructed Beeline to review the terms of monthly and daily subscription fee withdrawal. This was due to the appeals received last year and this year. The main complaints were about the increase in tariff prices, the connection of additional services and paid content services, problems with settlements, service quality and other issues.
Citizens reported that in the absence of sufficient funds in the account to pay the monthly subscription fee, subscribers are automatically connected to the daily tariff plan without their consent, they are not given the opportunity to use traffic after the daily fee is withdrawn, and there are other inconveniences.
The Committee sent a letter of instruction to Beeline to stop this situation, allow subscribers to activate the daily service at their own discretion, and not charge for debt.
