Community of West Azerbaijan condemns the appeal of a group of French deputies

It was noted that the Community of Western Azerbaijan strongly condemns the biased appeal of a group of French deputies calling for hostility towards Azerbaijan, which is contrary to international law. The community regards this as a clear indicator of racism, Islamophobia and Azerbaijani phobia prevailing in French society.

"We remind the French deputies that the policy of "ethnic cleansing" they declared was not committed by Azerbaijan, which liberated its lands from 30 years of Armenian occupation and is now determined to reintegrate the Armenians living in Karabakh, but by Armenia, which deported Western Azerbaijanis from Armenia, denying their right to return, and kept Azerbaijani territories under occupation for decades," the statement said.
