Cobalt driver drags woman on hood in Tashkent

A video has been circulating on social media showing a driver dragging a woman on hood in Tashkent. The incident reportedly took place in the Yashnabad district of Tashkent. The Cobalt driver first hit a cat, and then dragged the woman who objected to him on the hood of the car for about 200 meters.
According to the camera footage, the incident occurred on May 23 at around 02:45. The woman asked the driver for help in taking the cat to the vet, but the driver drove away.
An ambulance was called to the woman. She suffered bruises on her knee and body. No official information has been provided on the incident yet.
