Coal worth 421.7 million soums allocated to the population was looted in Andijan

According to these circumstances, the warehouse managers Sh.B., S.N., and U.Y. criminal cases were initiated under paragraph " a" of Part 3 of Article 167 of the Criminal Code and other articles, these persons were detained in accordance with Article 221 of the Criminal Procedure Code.
