Civil servants of Tajikistan will be able to study at universities in Japan

In Dushanbe, the signing ceremony of the Grant Agreement on the "Project for the provision of scholarships for the development of human resources" was held at the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Tajikistan, the press service of the ministry reports.

The agreement was signed by the Minister of Finance of the Republic of Tajikistan, Fayziddin Kakhhorzoda, and the head of the JICA office in Tajikistan, Imai Seiju.

Through the implementation of this project, young civil servants will be able to study at higher educational institutions in Japan at the master's and doctoral levels.

The total amount of the Project is 276 million Japanese yen (2 million US dollars) and is presented entirely in the form of a grant, the ministry said.

As part of the agreement signing ceremony, the parties exchanged views on the implementation of state investment projects in various areas of the national economy.
