Citizens wishing to work abroad will have their language learning costs partially covered, exams fully covered

Uzbekistan is considering new measures to support citizens wishing to work abroad.
According to it, 50 percent of the cost of learning a foreign language will be covered by the state, and professional qualification exams will be fully funded.

Currently, about 1.2 million Uzbeks are working in about 40 countries. In developed countries, the demand for qualified specialists is growing - in particular, Germany needs 40 thousand nurses, and Japan needs about 15 thousand specialists in various fields.

Therefore, joint training programs have been launched in cooperation with Germany, Korea and Japan based on the "profession + language" principle. So far, 8.5 thousand citizens have studied in 12 projects, 3 thousand of whom have been employed. In the future, such projects will be expanded, new centers and a migration preparation system will be developed.
