Ingredients:
300 g plain cookies
2 tablespoons cocoa
4 tablespoons labneh
150 g dark and white chocolate
Preparation:
Crush the cookies thoroughly in a blender and mix with cocoa and labneh. The finished cookie dough is rolled out in a round shape, chocolate paste is added and shaped into a round shape by hand.
Then, it is placed in the freezer for half an hour. For the top decoration of the cookies, melt dark and white chocolate, add a tablespoon of vegetable oil and half a cup of chopped hazelnuts. The cookies are removed from the freezer, dipped in the prepared chocolate solution and sent to the freezer for another hour. Our chocolate cookies are ready!
