Ingredients:
4 eggs
550g flour
70g cocoa powder
2 tsp vanilla sugar
15g baking powder
290g sugar
300g 6% fat milk
120g vegetable oil
0.5 tsp baking soda
For the cream:
300g 45% fat heavy cream
200g sugar
100g butter
300g milk chocolate
Preparation:
First, thoroughly mix the eggs and sugar in a bowl. Then, add the remaining ingredients and mix again. Finally, dissolve 2 tablespoons of coffee in 300ml of boiling water and add this mixture to the cake batter. Pour the prepared batter into two cake pans and bake at 160–170°C for 40 minutes. For the cream, heat the heavy cream, butter, and sugar on the stove until melted, then pour the mixture over the chocolate. Blend everything thoroughly and chill in the refrigerator. Slice the cake layers into four tiers and spread the chocolate cream between the layers and over the top. Decorate the cake as desired.
