Ingredients:
3 eggs
1 cup sugar
half a cup milk
half a cup vegetable oil
one and a half cups flour
2 tablespoons cocoa
1 packet vanilla
1 packet baking powder
For the cream:
5 cups milk
6 tablespoons sugar
4 tablespoons flour
3 tablespoons cocoa
1 egg yolk
1 packet vanilla
60 g milk chocolate
50 g cream
For the chocolate:
100 g cream
200 g milk chocolate
Preparation:
In a bowl, whisk the eggs and sugar. Then, add the milk and vegetable oil and mix. Finally, add the flour, cocoa, baking powder and vanilla to form a liquid mass. Pour the finished cake batter into a greased pan and bake in a preheated oven at 160°C for 30 minutes. Depending on the oven, the baking time may vary. While the cake is still hot, moisten it with 2 cups of milk. For the cream, put milk, sugar, flour, cocoa and egg yolks in a bowl and mix until boiling. When the finished cream has cooled slightly, add vanilla, chocolate and cream. Then spread the cream on the cake and refrigerate for 30 minutes. For the chocolate, melt the melted chocolate in the liquid cream, pour it over the cake and refrigerate for 4-5 hours. You can decorate the top as you wish.
