Child nearly falls from balcony in Tashkent

A video showing three children playing on the balcony of a third-floor apartment in Tashkent’s Chilonzor district without adult supervision has gone viral on social media.
In the footage, the youngest child can be seen trying to climb over the railing and getting his head stuck between the bars.

According to witnesses, the mother had left the children alone at home and gone outside. Passersby, fearing that the child might fall, stood below ready to catch him.
Fortunately, a tragedy was avoided — a man living on the upper floor climbed down and safely brought the children back into the apartment.
