Ingredients:
1 loaf of bread
6-7 cloves of garlic
half a cup of olive oil
A pinch of red pepper powder
dried coriander
1 tablespoon of butter
50 g of cheese
Preparation:
Put olive oil and garlic in a pan and cook. Then, add melted butter at room temperature, dried coriander and pepper powder and grind them. Divide the loaf in half and spread the prepared garlic mixture on top. Finally, add grated cheese and bake in a preheated oven at 220 °C for 6-7 minutes. Our mystery bread is ready!
