Certain categories of persons were exempted from state duty

Amendments and additions were made to some legal documents by the Law signed by the President on October 18. According to it, now single elderly people who need the care of others and persons with disabilities will be exempted from the state duty when replacing their lost or invalid ID card or biometric passport. Also, state duty is not charged for the temporary registration of certain categories of persons in need of social protection by "Inson" social service centers.

In addition, orphans and children deprived of parental care are not charged a state fee for notarial actions for registration of housing acquired from the secondary market.
