Capital punishment may be introduced in Kyrgyzstan

Kyrgyz President Sadir Japarov proposed the introduction of the death penalty for brutal crimes. According to him, these rules apply to serious crimes such as murder and rape against women and children.

The president commissioned the head of the legal department Murat Ukushev to draft the relevant bill.
