Candidates for the school directorship will need to obtain a management certificate

Candidates for the vacant positions of school principals are selected only from among the personnel who have a certificate and are included in the reserve.
A draft government decision has been placed on the portal for discussion of draft regulatory legal documents.
According to it, from January 1, 2024, candidates for the post of director of general secondary educational institutions will be trained in management training courses at the National Research Institute named after Abdulla Avloni.

Candidates who have successfully completed the management training courses will be put to the final tests for the management certificate.

Final tests for candidates can be conducted in paper or electronic form in specially equipped rooms in the form of direct participation.

The final exams will consist of 25 tests, cases and practical assignments. You will be given a total of 120 minutes to complete.

50 points are awarded for the final test, 10 points for the case assignments and 40 points for the practical assignments, for a total of 100 points.

Candidates who scored more than 70 points are considered to have successfully passed the final test and will be given a management certificate in electronic form with a QR code.

Management certificate is valid for 5 years.

The reserve of school principals is formed by the regional departments of the Ministry of preschool and school education from candidates with management certificates.
