Bus and metro fare in Tashkent from January 1 is 3 000 rubles

According to the draft resolution of the mayor of Tashkent”on the introduction of tariffs encouraging the use of electronic payment system in payment of fare in public transport system in Tashkent", since January 1, 2025, bus and metro fare in Tashkent is set at a tariff of 3 thousand rubles per passenger, with a non-cash one-time payment of 1,700 rubles, luggage transportation per passenger – 4,000 rubles, as well as a tariff of 1,600 rubles depending on the number of trips.

Also, in the salon of all buses on the routes of the city of Tashkent, the practice of receiving fare in cash is abandoned, and the practice of accepting fare only electronically is introduced.
