Bukhara graduates apologize for trending

A trending video of graduates of the Bukhara Institute of Engineering and Technology for a "vignette" caused widespread discussion on social networks. The video shows young people climbing onto the hood, roof and trunk of a Gentra while another person is pulling the car with a rope.

The Traffic Safety Service reminded of the importance of following traffic rules even during graduation events and announced that measures would be taken against those involved in such situations. Parents and teachers were also advised to intensify explanatory work on preventing offenses among young people.
