Ingredients: 6 mushrooms 2 eggs 1 pita bread dough 50 g cheese 2 bell peppers Preparation: Pour a little vegetable oil into a pan and add the mushrooms cut in half. After the mushrooms have released their water and cooked, pour the egg mixed in a bowl over them. Then, put pita bread dough on top and turn it over. Grated cheese and chopped bell peppers are placed on half of the mushrooms, folded in half and fried on both sides. Our delicious breakfast is ready! Bon appetit ❤️🍽
