Preparation:
In a bowl, add minced beef, chopped parsley, salt and spices, and prepare the minced meat. The prepared minced meat is thinly spread on the pita bread dough. The side of the first pita bread dough with minced meat is fried in hot oil. Then, it is flattened and grated cheese is spread on the cooked minced meat. Then, in a bowl, mix one cup of mayonnaise, one cup of kefir, 2 finely chopped pickles, parsley and spices thoroughly to prepare the sauce. Put chopped parsley, onion and sauce on top of the minced meat in the pita bread dough and fold it in two. Our minced pita bread is ready!
