Bonuses for good drivers, fines for violators

The relevant government resolution approved the list of violations for which penalty points are awarded.
Penalty points from 0.2 to 2 points will be calculated only for violations detected by a traffic police inspector. Drivers who accumulate 12 points within 12 months will be deprived of their license for a period of 6 months to 3 years.

The resolution will come into effect on June 1.
