🍫Ingredients:

3 eggs;
3 tablespoons of sugar;
3 tablespoons of flour;
100 g of whipped cream;
50 ml of water;
100 ml of cream;
50 ml of condensed milk;
50 ml of cottage cheese;

👩🏻‍🍳Preparation:

We start by separating the yolks from the whites of 3 eggs and whisk the egg whites until they form stiff peaks.
After the egg whites become foamy, add 3 tablespoons of sugar and whisk until the sugar dissolves.
Then add 3 egg yolks and mix, and finally add flour and mix from the bottom up.
Bake our biscuit in an oven preheated to 160 degrees for 40-45 minutes and leave our baked biscuit at room temperature for 1 hour.
For the cream, add 100 ml of cream, 50 ml of condensed milk and 50 ml of cottage cheese and whisk.
Then we prepare the whipped cream.
We collect our cake one by one and decorate it according to our wishes.
