Bo‘rijar Street in Tashkent has been renamed Beijing Street.

Bo‘rijar Street in Tashkent’s Yakkasaroy District has been renamed Pekin Street. This was stipulated in a decision by the Tashkent City Council dated September 25.
Under the decision, the proposal from the Yakkasaroy District administration to rename the street was approved.
Consequently, the addresses of real estate properties located on the street will also be updated. Instructions have been issued to complete the necessary work within two months and to notify residents whose addresses have changed.
Street signs and nameplates will be replaced with the new name within three months.
