The White House announced Joe Biden's speech after the "C5+1" summit in New York, which was attended by the leaders of Central Asia and the United States.
In his speech, the President of the United States calls the meeting historic and emphasizes the close cooperation between the parties - "based on the common commitment to sovereignty, independence and territorial integrity."
He also notes that the cooperation between the Central Asian countries and the USA has reached a new stage of development.
"First, we are strengthening our cooperation against terrorism. In particular, the US is increasing security funding for the Central Asian region.
Secondly, we are strengthening regional economic ties. For example, we are creating a new business platform to further develop our diplomatic ties and better connect our private sectors.
And we are also discussing opportunities for dialogue on mineral resources to strengthen energy security and supply chains in the coming years.
Third, we are launching a new initiative on disability rights.
I sincerely want to see the continuation of this meeting. Because we are stronger together, I am sure that if we are together, the world will be safer," said the leader of the United States.
Biden will end his speech by hinting at his upcoming visit to one of the Central Asian countries.
"I hope to meet you soon, especially in one of your countries," he concluded.
