The draft decision of the Cabinet of Ministers "On additional measures to ensure public safety in the use of industrial electrotechnical products and to strengthen quality control over these products" was published.

The purpose of the project is to create comfortable and safe conditions for residents to live in multi-apartment buildings, to fundamentally improve the technical condition of elevators, to prevent accidents and provide quality services to residents, to regulate the import of products that do not meet state standards and quality requirements. put

The draft resolution envisages the following:

mandatory connection of elevator equipment in multi-apartment housing stock, as well as in all facilities where elevators are to be installed, to the dispatching service before putting them into use;

The Ministry of Construction and Housing and Communal Services, together with the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Karakalpakstan, regional and Tashkent city governments, organize and ensure the continuous operation of dispatching services for monitoring elevator equipment in all regions of the republic.
