At least 5 people drowned in canals and rivers

2 of them are minors. The body of a 19-year-old boy was found. The remaining citizens are being sought. Two minor boys, born in 2011 and 2009, drowned in the Karadarya River flowing through Norin district.
Also, on July 17, a citizen born in 1993 drowned in the "Big Andijan Canal" of Uchkurgan District, on July 23, a citizen born in 1973 in the Syrdarya River in Pop District, and on July 24, a 19-year-old man drowned in a canal in Chortoq District. Today, on July 25, the body of a young man from Chortoq district was taken out of the water.
As soon as the news about drowning of the citizens came to the regional FVB, the water search and rescue team of the department started the underwater search and the district fire rescuers started the surface search.
Currently, the search is ongoing.
