An exhibition of works by artists from Tajikistan and Uzbekistan will be held in Samarkand.
This was announced by the head of the Union of Artists of the Republic Nargis Khomidova.
It is noted that the event will be held under the title “Image and Color”.
Thus, the exhibition will feature paintings by Ilyas Mamajonov, Daler Mikhtoev and Bakhrom Ismatov from Tajikistan.
In addition, paintings by invited artists Nuriddin Isoev and Akhmed Isoev will be shown there.
It is emphasized that the cultural event was organized with the support of the Embassy of Tajikistan in Uzbekistan and the Union of Artists of the Republic.
“The purpose of holding an exhibition of artistic works by Tajik and Uzbek artists is considered to be the implementation of cultural ties between two friendly and fraternal countries,” the head of the organization noted.
The exhibition "Image and Color" will be held in Samarkand on October 6.
