According to the presidential decree, the concept of a “digital Court” is gradually introduced in the judicial system, moving from paper-form proceedings to an electronic system, artificial intelligence forms the approximate result and costs of a court hearing, appeals are sent in electronic form, and court documents are automatically drawn up. Also, the archive of court documents is kept in an electronic module, research on “Cyber Law” is carried out, and the digital literacy of judges and employees is increased.
