In Uzbekistan, it is possible to edit rejected applications for admission to the master's degree. This was reported by the Ministry of Higher Education, Science and Innovation.
It is noted that for the 2023/2024 academic year, the applications of applicants who registered online through the electronic system "magistr.edu.uz" for admission to master's degrees of state higher educational institutions were considered.
As a result of the review of applications, many appeals were received for various reasons (e.g., the selected specialty graduate is not suitable or similar in terms of education, another document was uploaded instead of the requested document or not completely uploaded, documents are of poor quality etc.) are rejected.
Taking this into account, applicants who sent an online application for admission to the master's degree program of state universities, but their application was rejected, were given the opportunity to re-edit their applications on August 9-10.
The last chance to edit rejected applications is August 10 at 18:00. After this period, editing will not be allowed, and applications that have not been corrected will not be considered.
"We emphasize that it is not recommended to edit the applications rejected due to the fact that the relevant national or international certificate of the level of knowledge of a foreign language is not up to the required level, in this case the revised applications will not be considered," the message says.
Earlier, when the ministry checked the national or equivalent level international certificates entered through the "Magistr.edu.uz" platform for participating in the competition in the last few days through the relevant official sites, some of the documents that were presented as proof of knowledge of the Turkish language were not certificates confirming the level of language knowledge. , but also informed that there are certificates confirming that he studied in language courses given by some educational centers. Therefore, applications that did not meet the specified requirements were rejected.
