Apple Remains a Leader: One in Five Smartphones in 2025 Is an iPhone
According to Counterpoint Research, Apple maintained its leadership in the global smartphone market in 2025. One out of every five smartphones sold during the year was an iPhone, giving Apple a 20% share of the market. Meanwhile, Samsung ranked second with a 19% market share. These results indicate that demand for Apple’s high quality, brand image, and innovative technologies continues to remain strong.
