Ingredients:
250 g boiled beef
1 cucumber
1 bunch of coriander
3 tablespoons of Chinese pepper
1 teaspoon of salt
For the sauce:
1 teaspoon of sesame
1 piece of garlic
2 pieces of white part of green onion
2 teaspoons of sugar
half a cup of chicken broth
3 tablespoons of vegetable oil
1 tablespoon of soy sauce
1 tablespoon of vinegar
1 teaspoon of sesame oil
Preparation:
Cut the cucumber and boiled beef into straws. Cut the coriander into medium-sized pieces. For the sauce, put the white part of the green onion, garlic, sesame, sugar, chicken broth, vegetable oil, soy, vinegar and sesame oil in a bowl and mix well. Pour the sauce over the Chinese pepper and all the chopped ingredients and mix. Our salad is ready!
