AOKA abolished, replaced by the National Content Center

The Information and Mass Communications Agency (AOKA) has been abolished. A National Content Production Center is being established in its place.

Now regulatory and legal documents will be developed based on the recommendations of scientific and analytical institutes under the Presidential Administration, scientists and experts.
The accountability of state agencies will be increased, the institution of press secretaries will be strengthened, and a new communication system will be introduced.
