😨 Anthrax spreads in Kazakhstan

A quarantine was introduced in two villages in the Atbosar district of the Akmola region of Kazakhstan from July 1 after 7 people were diagnosed with anthrax.
The entry of people and livestock into the area is prohibited, disinfection work has begun. The patients are under medical supervision, one of them is in serious condition. The quarantine will last 15 days.
Experts recommend purchasing meat products only from trusted places that have passed veterinary control. Anthrax is not transmitted from person to person, it is mainly spread through infected animals or their products.
