Another child of Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt has publicly stopped using his father's surname. This was reported by the Page Six.

The report concerns their son, Knox Jolie, and information related to his high school graduation diploma. According to the educational document, his name appears simply as “Knox Jolie.” Notably, this became public only a few weeks before his 18th birthday.

According to a source cited by the publication, Angelina Jolie appears pleased that her children have distanced themselves from their father. Another source stated that Jolie participated in family therapy for years together with Brad Pitt and their children, adding that if Pitt's relationship with his children is not close today, it is due to events that occurred in the past.

“He (Brad Pitt) has not been fully open about his actions, and that has affected the children's trust in him. This period was very difficult for the children.”

Previously, other children — Zahara Jolie, Maddox Jolie, and Shiloh Jolie — had also filed paperwork to remove “Pitt” from their surnames.
