In addition, the members of this commission should provide technical and other reasons for the occurrence of an emergency, physical evidence describing the emergency; that the equipment used in the facility where the fire occurred is in accordance with the requirements of industry and fire safety; inspecting every damaged house and checking the condition of private owners' houses, facade parts of high-rise buildings and other buildings and structures that have been repaired; determining the types of work to be performed according to the results of the study; studies (inspections) conducted in the warehouse regarding compliance with the requirements of legislative documents in the field of industrial and fire safety, as well as regulatory documents in the field of technical regulation, and studying the measures taken to eliminate the deficiencies identified in them ; determines other factors that may lead to an emergency situation in the facility where the fire occurred and submits information to the Cabinet of Ministers based on the results of the inspection.
