The online platform "Career" will be launched in Uzbekistan from September 2026. The project is aimed at ensuring the employment of students and graduates. The platform will operate as an electronic labor market. With the help of artificial intelligence, users will be offered suitable vacancies based on their abilities, level of mastery and interests. Employers will also have the opportunity to find suitable candidates through the system. The system will automatically monitor the employment process. It is expected that 1.6 million students and graduates and more than 50 thousand enterprises will use the platform. It will also create opportunities for 150 thousand technical school graduates to find work.

Earlier, a mechanism for providing preferential loans to entrepreneurs who hire graduates was introduced. The new system will also apply to graduates who have not graduated from higher education for three years.
