An investigation has been launched into the situation on the Sariosiyo–Termez train

A video showing passengers gathered in the aisles of a train operating on the Sariosiyo–Termez route has circulated on social media, sparking discussions.

According to O‘ztemiryo‘lyo‘lovchi, the train on this route consists of four carriages, and tickets are sold without specifying a particular seat. Each carriage is designed to accommodate 81 passengers in seated positions. Crowding may occur due to increased passenger traffic on weekends.

The company stated that cooling systems are operated in the carriages during the summer, while heating systems are provided in winter. Officials have launched an investigation into the situation shown in the video circulating on social media.

Earlier, Surkhandarya Region Governor Ulugbek Kasimov had also criticized the condition of trains and the facilities in the carriages in the region.
