An explosion occurred near the Quetta railway station in Balochistan province in the southwest of Pakistan. As a result, at least 20 people died, and about 30 people were injured. It was found that the explosion took place at the ticket office of the station before the train arrived at the platform. An emergency was declared at the scene, and additional doctors and support staff were called in. The train was supposed to leave for Peshawar at 9 am.
