An emergency situation occurred on a Dubai–Tel Aviv flight due to a dispute between the pilots.

On September 30, a Flydubai aircraft flying from Dubai to Tel Aviv transmitted emergency codes 7700 and 7500 while in flight. Code 7500 indicates a potential unlawful interference or hijacking. Israeli fighter jets were subsequently scrambled.
The aircraft later landed safely at an airport in Tabuk, Saudi Arabia. Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu stated that the situation was under control.
Initially, it was suspected that the plane might have been hijacked. However, it was later revealed that the incident stemmed from a physical altercation between the two pilots. One of the passengers reported that a pilot had been stabbed.
According to officials, the plane was not hijacked, and all passengers are safe.
