An additional 4,000 hectares of green areas will be created in Tashkent

Tashkent will be transformed into one of the metropolises with clean air.
The presidential decree "On measures of socio-economic development of the city of Tashkent until 2030" was adopted.

Changing the appearance of cultural and recreational parks, avenues and boulevards, and turning the capital into one of the megalopolises with clean air by dramatically increasing green areas has been identified as one of the main directions of Tashkent city development until 2030.

Accordingly, an additional 4,000 hectares of green areas will be created in the city of Tashkent.

The procedure for implementing investment projects and improving the city's infrastructure on the basis of mutually beneficial cooperation between the state and entrepreneurs in the city of Tashkent will be introduced as a legal experiment until January 1, 2027.

The Fund for the Development of Entrepreneurial Infrastructure under the Hokim of the city of Tashkent was renamed the Fund for the Development of the City of Tashkent.

With the decree, the joint-stock company "Tashkent Invest Company" was established, which acts as a "bridge" between the state and entrepreneurs.
