An 18-year-old student tried to commit suicide in the Tashkent metro

An 18-year-old female student jumped onto the train tracks in the Tashkent metro. This was reported by the information service of the Department of Safety in Transport and Tourism Facilities. According to him, the incident happened on October 12 at the "Alisher Navoi" metro station of the Tashkent metro. A female student jumped onto the train tracks. The IIO officer working at the station saw this and immediately ordered the train to stop. Two internal affairs officers got on the rail and took the girl to the platform.

The girl was given first aid and interviewed. The girl from Ferghana, born in 2005, is a 2nd-year student of Tashkent State Pedagogical University named after Nizamiy. Employees contacted the girl's relatives and informed them about the incident. An investigation is currently underway.
